ABOUT TIMESHARES

Most individuals have been to at least one timeshare presentation, and for this group one presentation was enough as they discover the price can be very prohibitive! There are countless others who ended up purchasing a timeshare and enjoy the timeshare experience, my wife and I fall into the latter group. There are very few in both groups that know anything at all about the resale market. Consider the following -

Did you know you could purchase a resale timeshare for a fraction of the cost of what is offered during a typical timeshare presentation (a retail purchase)?

Did you know resale timeshare purchases typically offer the same booking rights and choices as those purchased retail?

Did you know there is a forum called TUG (Timeshare Users Group) that is composed of many timeshare owners? This group is not influenced by any timeshare company and is a great source of objective timeshare and travel information. This is a forum timeshare sales people do not want you to know about because golden rule number one is to never buy a timeshare retail. This forum has been an invaluable source of information for my wife and I. Click here to read a very informative thread concerning timeshare choices, make sure you read posts number 11 and 18.

Did you know there is a timeshare company called Vacation Internationale that has rights to the Villa De Santa Fe, three properties in Sedona, 10 properties on the four major Hawaiian islands, and many more throughout the country (west coast emphasis) that you could take advantage of for prices that range from $1,000 to $5,000?
